This was challenged but the hotel continued to insist that it needed to be paid and that it was advised (despite it not being in the listing or the confirmation email). "Absolutely loved this hotel. We stayed in a Junior Suite which my 9 year old nephew described as a luxury penthouse suite. I have very high expectations when it comes to cleanliness and this Suite was immaculate. The Suite had everything you could need. I have stayed in many hotels for business and pleasure and this was definitely one of the best. I had what I thought was a problem with the bath, rang down to reception and the colleague came up to my room immediately and sorted it out. My only complaint is that my Eurostar was cancelled and I could not book a 2nd night here because the Suites were all booked. Would not stay anywhere else when visiting Rotterdam."
