Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room is clean. Shower water pressure is good. Great location to everything!

Los Lorentes Residences
The hotel is mostly trying to be automated. Staff was helpful. Room was fantastic and well equipped. The hotel also gives you a code to use transit in Bern for free. No parking available on site when I went so I had to scramble. But the hotel was still a great value.
