Bermuda hotel rooms a the Independent

"We enjoyed our stay. Amenities were great."

"Staff were accommodating. Bathroom looks outdated with paints peeling off. WiFi was slow. Probably can use an upgrade with the TV or at least get cable on it. Room looked clean but there were stains on the carpet. Pretty much just a room to sleep in. "

"Great experience during Christmas time. The hotel was decorated beautifully. Highly suggest making reservations in advance. The room was amazing, loved the tv in the bathroom. The mattress was not comfortable at all, my husband almost resorted to the floor but ended up turning horizontal across the bottom of the bed and it was slightly better. We will definitely return but maybe with a mattress topper! "

"We checked in and someone else was already checked in our room. Their stuff was in a desk. I brought it down to the front desk and explained the situation. Yet we got knocks on our door by the police at 1:00 AM. I had to explain myself when I already did when I checked in. I had to prove it was my room and I had an actual key and show my id. Complete safety hazard. Luckily I could lock door room from inside. They double booked our room."

"We were really glad to have the chance to visit your hotel again. Room 801 was very nice despite the lack of a view. Valet and front desk staff very pleasant. Only issue was the bathroom door needs fixing. It would not close without being jammed/pushed hard. If we had been there for more than a night we would have requested a repair or room change. Thank you and hope to return soon. "
