Front desk employee couldn't find my reservation in the computer. I even had my print out from Hotels.com showing the confirmation and that we had already paid for the room. He finally did find it after 5 - 10 minutes. I have never had this happen to me in any of my traveling. He never did say what ...

Omni Richmond Hotel
We didn’t have breakfast, but the bar was great, and offered a pool table and stand up shuffle board that kept the kids occupied. Food was very good as well.
