Sheraton Berlin Grand Hotel Esplanade
room was very different to how it was described. the bathroom was undersupplied, with no hand soap and the supposed "luxury" bath products being pretty bang average in quality, and also empty. we were also told there would be bathrobes, but there were none. we though "at least we can still get 24 ...
