"Great value "

"Great hotel. Friendly staff. Wonderful food. Ideal central location with Alexanderplatz station only minutes away, but the hotel is very dated, thin walls meant I could hear everything being said in the next room which didn’t help when they had a screaming child. The hotel also has a room cleaning request button (in the bathroom) that you must press before 11am to get the room serviced for the next day. I pressed the button twice during my stay and my room wasn’t serviced. "

"Excellent in all aspects except one -- avoid the restaurant. It is mediocre at best with exorbitant (and hidden) prices. A cesar salad ended being $28. And they charge for tap water, it seems. But the hotel itself is fantastic! Great location, great room, great atmosphere. "
