"When i arrived and got to my room i realized my toilet wouldn’t fully flush so i mentioned it to the engineer who was addressing the same issue across the hall. When i got back later i could see that the issue wasnt resolved. So i let the front desk know when they sent me a status text message. I received another text once the issue was supposedly resolved. Nope. It wasn’t. They should have moved me to a different room. Hard to have guests over when your toilet wont flush."

"Our air stopped working sometime in the middle of the night and when I called maintenance I was told they would be right up and they never showed. "

"I like the fairfield inn because it is on the smaller side and is very conveniently located to get around NJ and into NYC."

"Your elevator does not line up with the floor. I nearly fell. The property does not have an umbrella for inclement weather. We also had a key problem every time we tried to get in our room. And the shower is rusty. I was very disappointed. I stayed in countless hotels and this was the worst experience!"

"My room had a smell, but do able for one night, after i sprayed air freshener. The bathroom was dated, I was uncomfortable taking a shower. The tub had to much of a rusty look and what appeared to be mold."
