"Smelly, grimy, sketchy hotel. Reviews were 7/10 and pictures looked nice. Very very misleading!! Booked this hotel and checked in with an uneasy feeling. Got to our room and the condition was very poor. Everything was very worn and unkempt. The pullout couch mattress was brown, coffee table was in horrible condition and the room didn’t smell clean. There were footmarks on the bathroom floor making the “yuck” factor stick out even more. My party was not comfortable staying here. Don’t stay here. We were here for maybe 15 minutes and we left. Put in a complaint and I’m waiting for a follow up from Expedia. Hoping for a refund."

"Hi did not get to stay for the breakfast I had to catch the shuttle to the airport at 5:30 in the morning. The shuttle was late leaving because I was not on the list is what the driver told me. Our room was in poor condition. The bathtub had several spots of mold the shower curtain was orange on the bottom from mold. The mirror in the bathroom was exceptionally cloudy and streaked. The sheets on the bed were exceptionally wrinkled and disheveled like someone had slept in them and they had not been changed. The refrigerator made noise all night long. The beds were advertised as queen size beds and they were full size beds. The fitness room was closed supposedly because of renovations and when I went to check it out you could see through the window that it was absolutely filthy the garbage can with overflowing the mirrors were dirty. I feel Expedia should remove them from the list of options for motels because everything in the advertisement is false. The self parking was what it was. The window on our room had a broken safety chain and no screen. I would like my money refunded or at least a partial refund and I'm still waiting to hear back from Expedia about that. I have pictures of everything I'm saying."

"The room was clean, bedding and linen were great. The windows were painted over with an opaque paint, so you couldn't see anything outside, which was very strange. The hotel itself was in a great location close to the airport and easy on access to the freeways heading into downtown Cleveland. Their free breakfast was the best. Good selection of pancakes, muffins, toast, bagels, yogurt and then hot food of eggs, potatoes, sausage, oatmeal, etc. Also great hot coffee. I enjoyed my stay. "

"DO NOT STAY HERE. I was here May 8 to May 10 2026 and regret every second of it. They charged me twice for my room and would not refund me. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Room had lots of damage, shower wouldn’t drain. Toilet was on its last legs. Do not recommend staying here. Go anywhere else"

"There were multiple tenants that appear to live in the motel with pets and sitting the the doorways smoking and and other things. Did not feel safe nor did I feel comfortable staying there"
