The front desk staff were very helpful throughout our stay! They helped us create an IHG membership so we have extra perks for future stays, like early check in and late check out. The facility and room was very clean and the continental breakfast had a ton of options, including to-go food if you needed to hit the road right away. Highly recommend!!

Nice stay. Extremely late arrival due to airline delays. Hotel allowed us late check out to catch up on sleep. Lovely rooms. Good service.

Short stay getaway

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. From our initial check in every staff member we met was wonderful, friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff came right away when we were having issues with the tv in our room. There wasn't a single staff member that wasn't just great to meet. Our room was clean, nice, quiet and we lacked for nothing. We will absolutely stay here again in the future.

Property manager name Shy placed a $250 deposit for checkin without notifying me of the $250 deposit. Every property prior to this one has always made me aware of deposit charged prior to running my card. I travel a lot as a contractor so for me this speaks in volumes.

The hotel room stinks of dog terribly, it's nothing against animals, just the cleaning is terrible and everything smells of dog urine. Also, the air conditioning blew all night as if it were a hair dryer.

Not bad but not pleasing

We like the Staybridge Hotels so we’re excited to see one convenient to our trip. This one is right off the highway, located in the middle of many other hotels and restaurants. It seems to be showing its age. The check-in staff was not particularly friendly and they fire alarm box in the lobby was going off our entire stay (check-in clerk dismissed it as unimportant). The room was comfortable but not as clean/maintained as other Staybridge locations we’ve stayed at. Breakfast was a typical no-frills experience.
