"Rooms smell musty. The door to our room was warped so it didn't close properly. The rooms do not have a sprinkler system. Only one of our rooms had a smoke detector. TV was hot wired to the outlet."

"Staff were excellent, very friendly and kind. We got a free room upgrade from a regular king to a king suite which was fantastic. Rooms looked impeccably clean.
