My only suggestion would be to provide some basics on arrival such as tea, coffee, milk. A hairdryer would also be useful."

"The property and our room was beautiful and very clean. The pool area was nice to swim in and relax. The laundry service was too expensive at 8 euros per wash. We were grateful to have a washer to save time and be able to hang our clothes outside to dry, but the price seemed like a lot since the machine was small. There werent any activities or wine tours mentioned, "

"This resort is gorgeous and every single staff member was so gracious and friendly! It was a short drive away from San Gimignano which was nice to explore. The restaurant was delicious and their spa was very nice! "

"This is just an easy train hop from Florence. Empoli is adorable. If you would like a spot from where you can head out to anywhere in Tuscany, this is a great spot. It has a lovely balcony and Tatiana and other staff where very nice and helpful. "

"Cosa dire, eccellente tutto. Posto con un panorama mozzafiato, personale gentile, alla reception abbiamo trovato la Sig. SIMONA che ti trasmette una pace e una tranquillità.. è semplecemente meravigliasa. Abbiamo fatto un piccolo corso con cavalli, anche li peraonale gentile e professionale. La Spa ti sembra di essere in un sogno. Cosa posso dire, tutto meraviglioso, sicuramente tornerò. Grazie a tutti . "
