Host Lorenzo and his parents were fantastic: Friendly, helpful and pleasant. They put on an amazing breakfast every morning and helped us with things to see and do in the area. Property had great character and is in a great location. Town was charming. Our room was clean, large and rustic.

Lovely property, our suite was huge and very comfortable. Great breakfast with lots of options! Our very helpful host Lorenzo organised travel to a nearby village and a cooking class which was great fun. Would be lovely to return in warmer months to use the pool. The garden has amazing views of thr Tuscan countryside.

Fantastic Chianti Villa Hotel

We loved our stay at Villa Il Fedino. A beautiful property in a perfect location with easy access to Chianti and its towns and wineries. The service was over-the-top outstanding, with each family member and staff member being so unbelievably kind and friendly. Breakfast was one of the best we’ve ever had. And the team went out of their way to help us make same-day reservations for tastings and dinner. Would highly recommend.

My husband and I stayed at this property in San Casciano for 5 days to avoid the big crowds in Florence. We fell in love with the quiet town and staying at Villa el Fedino. Lorenzo and his mom Alessandra made us feel like part of their family. They were so sweet and helpful and would recommend great restaurants to go eat as well as wineries to tour. My husband and I rented a car which was so convenient from San Casciano to go visit Florence, Pisa, San Gimignano and other beautiful surrounding Chianti region small towns close by. Also the breakfast was amazing and the spectacular views from our room. We had an amazing time. We plan on coming back and reliving that whole week again.

Great Villa!

This is a very nice Villa! Rooms are huge and clean! The breakfast was the best I had in Italy! The family is also very nice! Would definitely stay there again!

Welcoming Villa in San Casciano

Beautiful, authentic Old Villa providing upper class experience. Conveniently located very close to the San Casciano in Val di Pesa, just 40 minutes drive from Florence in the beautiful Chianti region. The host was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast is both tasty and generous. Highly recommended!!

Amazing

Vi hade en fantastisk vistelse på detta boendet. Servicen var femstjärnig och familjen som driver detta hotell bryr sig verkligen på riktigt om sina gäster. Frukosten var amazing och de löste enklare luncher på förfrågan och det var bland den nästa msten vi åt i Toscana. Boendet ligger ett stenkast från byn där vi hittade flera riktigt bra restauranger. Mitt emot hotellet finns en cykeluthyrning med bra service och nra cyklar. Trots nästan 40grader i luften tog vi oss fram enkelt på elcyklarna mellan vingårdarna i området. Ska ni besöka Toscana missa inte drtta område och hotell.

Dejligt sted

Vi havde et dejligt ophold, med yderst søde, venlige og hjælpsomme værter, som selv ejer stedet. Morgenmaden var rigtigt god. Vores sidste aften fik vi skøn mad på hotellet, som værterne selv lavede. Dejlig beliggenhed, med fantastisk udsigt, og i gåafstand en lille by med udmærkede restauranter og gode indkøbsmuligheder. Vi kommer helt sikkert igen

posto molto bello, con alcune mancanze

La posizione e' ottima, la villa molto bella, il posto centrale e vicino alla zona pedonale. Anche la colazione molto buona. Vniamo alle mancanze : - il wifi non funziona : dicono che stanno 'aspettando un pezzo da un mese', ma la spiegazione mi pare assurda, se e' cosi' devono avvisare in fase di prenotazione - la camera e' grande, ma non e' una suite, perche' con suite si intende un salotto separato - l'arredamento e' datato, meriterebbe di un rinnovo : capisco la dimora storica, ma l'aspetto polveroso va tolto

Väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam värdfamilj. Spännande hotell med mycket historia. Bra läge i byn med gångavstånd till flera restauranger. Trädgården lite ”trött”, poolen en ”ovanpå” pool, ren och fräsch. Vill man ha pool och solsemester är det nog inte förstahandsvalet, men bra läge för bilburna utflykter. Rent och daglig städning. God o fräsch frukost.

Beautiful views. Very quiet. Great location. Walking distance to lots of restaurants, pharmacie, stores etc. Alessandra was a great host. Very helpful to guide us with our activities. 700 yrs old villa so not like a north american hotel but that’s what we wanted
