Kitchen counter had multiple burn marks and some sticky substance, corner held down with duct tape. Screen door off tracks, laying against wall. Wife was stung by insect in the unit, had to go to hospital. We moved out after only 3 hours, and literally slept in the car rather than go back. Owner uncaring, rude and greedy. "Came here for family weekend for my child who attends UAlbany. Chose this hotel due to the location and the great reviews on room, cleanliness, staff, breakfast and the fact there was an in door pool for my toddlers! Check in was quick and easy. Breakfast was good fresh and plentiful for a continent style breakfast all included. The hotel was clean and updated and beds were comfortable and it was quiet. Pool was clean and we were the only ones using it Saturday morning after breakfast. I would stay here again if coming to visit in the future. Staff was amazing especially the breakfast staff. Thank you all! "
