I have stayed here many times because there is no other hotel nearyb but cleanliness is the biggest concern. Hallway carpets are super dirty. and sofas are all dirty with stainmarks. Food quality is very average.

Overall experience is okay but not at par as name Welcome by ITC... Hairdryer is not working...We are 4 guests including my 2 kids already mentioned but I had to ask for extra blanket at 11 pm. So it's 3 star out of 5 from my side.

Overall wonderful hotel in a great location. Staff are super helpful generally. However breakfast is although a huge spread, the quality of the food is iffy.
