"has everything you need for a short stay. Bedrooms and bathrooms are quite tiny and wardrobe space is limited. No problem if you are out and about most of the time but staying in might be a bit crammed. "I will never stay at a one of these properties again. The room was fine but the staff at reception was rude and unhelpful. It was booked prepaid with Hotels.com to which they said it was not prepaid even after showing the receipt to her. We chose to have diner there as we were tired. At least 1/3 of the tables were covered in dirty dishes. We eventually were able to flag a server down to give our order for food and drinks. Food arrived which was actually well done but never got our drinks even...

"It was a traditional three bed room town house so it was more than enough for two of us but we really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, quiet and very convenient to the train station, local shops and restaurants. The beach is just 3 mins walk away. The communication with the landlady was very good as well and Ruth was very helpful. We like Bridlington a lot so definitely consider to come back to this house again. "

"A little birthday weekend away with our two spaniels and what a fantastic place. This is obviously someone’s home it was perfect. It had everything. From fold up tables to eat at if you didn’t want to use the breakfast bar, to recliner chairs and sofa. The whole house was spotless and we felt welcome from the moment we received the arrival instructions from the owner. Surrounding information sheets with information and instructions on how to use everything in the house, including the washing machine. Worth every penny, relaxing home from home you could not ask for more, we will definitely be back. "

This is one of my favourite places in the world, nostalgia of childhood holidays, this little gem is tucked away on the East Yorkshire coast. When the tide is out you can explore the caves - some of which take you right through, just be careful the tide can come in fast! You can also take boat trips to Bempton Cliffs to see the puffins. Parking is about 50p an hour, there's a pub, cafe and icecream parlour in the old lifeboat station. There's also clifftop walks and spectacular views. #Waterlust #WeekendGetaway #YorkshireDay
