"This was an amazing stay. It felt like you were living in the jungle but with a bit of luxury too. The guys running the place were great and very helpful driving us around in the little golf buggy as and when we needed lifts. Very good communication all round. The little pool was nicely heated. "The rooms were not clean. There was cobwebs and spiders everywhere, in the bedrooms and eating areas. Quite a frightening experience. The other problem was there is no direct road access to the hotel, cars will have to stop outside along the roadside and the luggage and bags will have to be unloaded at the roadside. We had to walk about 5-10 mins to the hotel, amidst the padi fields while the hotel staff helped to bring our luggages via a motorbike. It’s a nice walk if it’s in the morning, but...

"We’re a couple of foodies who love quality cocktails and this place just blew our minds. Pretty much everything is locally sourced, which is bonkers considering the huge amount of creations coming from the kitchen and bar. Thanks to chef Sheandy, Arsana (bar) and Budi (butler) for making this an unforgettable experience. Would definitely come back in a heartbeat 10/10"
