My flight landed in Belo Horizonte at around midnight, so it was 1:30am by the time I arrived at the hotel. There was no one there. The lights were out. The sliding doors didn’t open. I had to find another hotel to stay the night. The next morning I returned to My Place Savassi hotel and complained that there was no one there the previous night. They said that I should have rung the doorbell. I could barely find the tiny, unmarked button. The whole point of a hotel is to be open. Or at least leave a light on and display a sign asking you to ring the bell.

Good choice for Savassi neighborhood

Very good location, in a nice neighborhood (Savassi), close to restaurants. Hotel was clean, room was spacious (a duplex!), beds were comfortable. Some noise at night-time, there are lots of bars and restaurants in the area, we stayed there on a Saturday night.

Bem localizado!!!

Excelente, ficamos somente uma noite. O hotel é muito barulhento por conta da localização, mas isso também é o melhor dele está bem no coração da Savassi pertinho do shopping. O café da manhã deixa a desejar os pães são frios e tem pouca variedade, mas no geral foi uma boa experiência.

O hotel sofre com o som alto dos bares da Savassi. Pra tentar amenizar tive que colocar toalha debaixo da porta do quarto. Ainda assim fiz uma troca de quarto. Ponto positivo vai para equipe do cafe da manhã que foram muito atenciosos.

Achei muito bom. Fomos surpreendidos positivamente quabdo, ao chegar por volta de 1h da manhã ao hotel, o berço que eu havia solicitado estava montado no quarto e pronto para o meu filho. O café da manhã é bem variado e saboroso. A única dificuldade que tive com o hotel foi no acesso pelo GPS, pois a rua tem mão inglesa e o mapa indicava para outro lugar, mas isso não é responsabilidade do hotel. Hotel super indicado!
