A equipe de funcionários é excelente e muito prestativa. Vi alguns problemas que nunca havia visto na rede Ibis: Elevador com defeito, o que nos obrigou a subir e descer pela escada de emergência. Uma das escadas estava trancada e a outra estava tomada por baratas; o banheiro tem apenas uma meia porta de vidro, que tira completamente a privacidade. O café da manhã estvaa sem leite. Esperamos tanto o leite esquentar que desistimos. No dia seguinte, a mesma coisa... Se não fossem os excelentes funcionários, nossa estadia teria sido muito ruim. Gosto muito da rede, mas dessa vez, não foi legal.

PÉSSIMO ATENDIMENTO - não me hospedo mais nesse hotel. Havia me hospedado no hotel em janeiro de 2025, e por ter gostado, retornei em janeiro de 2026. A qualidade dos servições caiu drasticamente, em diversos aspectos. Recepção lenta, longas filas, atendentens lentos e questionando o horário do check in, mesmo após ter apresentado o print da reserva via hoteis.com. O cartão magnético não funcionava nos elevadores de frente, a limpeza mal feita do quarto, com poeira embaixa da cama. Tinha que sair bem cedo do hotel, e estava com receio do despertador do meu celular não tocar. Perguntei se a recepção poderia interfonar, ligar ou bater na porta nesse horário, só para não correr riscos. A recepcionista informou que o hotel não avisa ninguém de seus horários.
