Parking was nearby, needed to ask front desk to open, however. Could have been streamlined. This area is great, in the heart of BH and close to attractions such as the Central Market, CCBB, and others. We arrived at night and felt very safe. The hotel itself is old and simple, and this was the negative highlight of our stay. Sheets were stained, the bed was hard and uncomfortable. The breakfast was poor. Overall a fair experience for the cost, but I would not stay there again.

Limpeza terrível, quarto sujo, com formigas, empoeirado, muito mofo, café da manhã péssimo, paredes descascadas, porta do banheiro aos pedaços. O que salva o hotel realmente são os funcionários, muito solícitos e queridos.

O hotel possui ótima localização, próximo a transporte público, farmácias e outros serviços, o que torna a estadia bastante conveniente. O custo-benefício é bom, principalmente por incluir café da manhã. No meu caso, o quarto apresentou um problema inicial: a janela não trancava, mas foi consertada rapidamente. O atendimento na recepção variou — a funcionária que me atendeu pela manhã foi um pouco ríspida, mas as demais foram muito prestativas, oferecendo ótimas orientações sobre os pontos turísticos da cidade. O café da manhã é excelente, com variedade e equipe bastante atenciosa. Já o quarto tem alguns pontos a melhorar: o travesseiro era muito alto e duro, e as camas de solteiro um pouco estreitas. Em resumo, é uma boa opção para quem busca preço acessível, boa localização e praticidade em uma estadia curta.

O hotel é bem legal, bem localizado. Na ocasião além do café da manhã também ofereciam caldos à noite. As refeições de qualidade. Ficamos confortável, porém algumas coisas deixaram a desejar. O chuveiro desarmava muito e o vaso sanitário não tinha assento.

Minha estadia no Hotel Metrópole

Foi uma boa experiência, porém não tinha serviço de quarto mais nao fez diferença pois consumimos apenas água que pegávamos no retorno dos passeios, o elevador tem uma escada até chegar a ele o que dicultou um pouco pois tenho lesão no joelho. Fora isso as atendentes são maravilhosas, recepção boa e ambiente familiar .

Me acomodei em um quarto confortável, espaçoso, o colchão era um pouco duro, mas no geral o hotel supera as expectativas. O café é simples, mas tem opções bem gostosas, pão de queijo fresco e quentinho. A localização é muito boa, facilita o acesso a pé a vários pontos turísticos. Nosso chuveiro teve um probleminha, mas comunicamos a recepção e foi resolvido na mesma manhã, mesmo sendo sábado. Ressalto sobre o atendimento da recepção, as meninas são muito queridas, em especial a Letícia que foi sempre solícita, nos deu dicas da cidade e tivemos boas conversas.
