We had a fairly short stay at Fasano but a very satisfying one. Beautiful hotel in a great area of the city, great service definitely the place to stay in Belo Horizonte.

Foi minha primeira vez hospedado no Fasano BH. Parece ser o melhor hotel da cidade mas quando comparado com outras unidades da rede parece inferior. Ao chegar no hotel temos que descer na rua com as malas . Não tinha mensageiro para ajudar no desembarque. A primeira impressão é sempre muito importante mas não senti o acolhimento que sempre tive nas outras unidades. A área da piscina pequena e pouco convidativa. O café da manhã não estava incluído na diária mas também não estava claro na reserva que fiz. Achei o banheiro antigo, sem o vasos modernos de outras unidades .Paguei uma diária que não correspondeu as expectativas. Ponto positivo: me permitiram um free late check out até 15 horas.
