Hotel esquisito.

Boa localização e bom café da manhã. Funcionários da recepção confusos e não muito preparados para atender os hóspedes. Nos colocaram em um quarto com ar condicionado quebrado e sem TV funcionando. Após muita reclamação nos mudaram de quarto. Não tivemos serviço de limpeza nos três dias que permanecemos no hotel. Ouvimos outros hóspedes reclamando que a funcionária da limpeza havia se recusado a limpar o quarto deles.

Hotel super competente no que se propoe. Os quartos são bem simples mas limpinho, desde a limpeza geral a limpeza de toalhas e roupas de cama. Café da manhã bom e otima localização.

Infelizmente, a exceção da localização, o hotel não oferece o valor cobrado pela diária. Necessário, urgentemente, reformas nos quartos e nas acomodações. Pisos quebrados, banheiro sem box que fica todo molhado ao tomar banho.. Além disso, foi observado, também, uma mosca na salchicha do café da manhã.

A localização é ótima. Mas a limpeza é terrível, e instalação é terrível, o ar condicionado fazia muito barulho e eu ouvia todos os ares condicionados vizinhos fazendo muito barulho, os corredores dão eco à noite. Só fiquei pela localização. Não volto lá.

Barulho ar condicionado

Ar condicionado barulhento. Janela do banheiro para área da claraboia que ressoava o barulho dos motores de todos os ar condicionados do bloco. Ainda que desligasse o ar do quarto o barulho vindo da claraboia incomodava muito.

Hotel localizado no centro, funcionário muito prestativo. A acomodação foi muito simples: tinha uma TV somente com poucos canais de TV aberta (imagem com chuvisco), cama de casal, Wi-Fi gratuito (o que foi ótimo pois precisei trabalhar on line), ar condicionado e café da manhã. Nao há serviço de quarto e achei o quesito limpeza a desejar, incluindo as toalhas de banho. Mas atendeu minha necessidade com bom custo benefício.

Precisa de reforma geral mas funcionários ótimos

O hotel não condiz com as fotos do site, quartos ruins, cheiro forte de mofo, cobertas que cheiram mofo, precisa de pintar tudo, manutenção geral, banheiro antigo e escuro passando impressão de sujo, café da manhã razoável, ar bem antigo que faz muito barulho, o piso está todo quebrando e sujo. Única parte boa do hotel são os funcionários que são prestativos, educados. As camas péssimas, bem pequenas e sem conforto algum. Precisa urgente de limpar os armários passar procuro, limpeza geral, reforma e pintura.
