The Hotel is amazing, everything perfect, especially the people. All staff are very professional, but front desk Ana Luiza is the best. Also our maid Cida, the parking guys, everyone are so good
Nice hotel just opposite the shopping mall. Food choices at the mall if you don't want to eat at hotel, otherwise you will need to get a taxi to go to other places.
No provision of space to sit with colleagues and work. Can be difficult to get a drink at the bar as the staff are focused on the restaurants
I have never done this before, but I actually considered asking to be refunded for my stay at this hotel. I traveled around Brazil for 10 days, staying at 3 different locations, and this hotel was the worst I've ever stayed in. No one told me the room was solar powered, so I thought the electricity was out in the room. There were holes in the wall and trash on the floor when I checked in. The light fixtures were pulling out of the wall and the furniture was falling apart. The WiFi didn't work in my room, and the TV was not hooked up, so it only played one channel, and no one from the hotel was willing or able to fix this. The room next to me played their TV loudly all night long and seemed to be an adjoining room to mine, so I couldn't sleep. The halls were dark and it was impossible to see. The first floor of the hotel and the restaurants are lovely, camoflouging the crumbling, dirty, non-functioning upper floors. The quality of the room was more in line with a hostel than a hotel. The overall cleanliness, quality of the room and amenities, and level of service, does not match the price of the room in any way.
Location is a plus; not noisy. Friendly and attentive staff. Valet parking is very slow and at times unresponsive.

We have been staying in this hotel, usually during the Christmas / New Year holidays, for more than 20 years and despite the recent re-decoration in the rooms and public areas many elements of it currently are as bad as we have seen.
During our stay from 26.12.25 to 03.01.26 the things that were particularly poor were :
1. The condition of the shower room, which looked as though it had not been updated since the first time we stayed here, in particular the old fashioned and inadequate shower and tap heads; the shabby condition of the tiles and grouting both on the floor and in the shower enclosure; the ultra-cheap seat and fittings on the WC and worst of all, the lack of hot water on 5 of the 8 days we stayed, despite having complained about it three times.
2. The noisy and old-fashioned air-conditioning in the bedroom.
3. The old-fashioned and inadequate lighting in the bedroom.
4. The Television which although it was a modern SMART TV was much too small for the room and very complicated to operate, particularly as there were no instructions for it.
5. The armchair in the bedroom was in shabby condition and quite uncomfortable.
6. The level of staffing and service in the restaurant / breakfast room was completely inadequate even though there were few guests at the hotel. On two days there were no staff visible at all when we entered the dining room. We ate in the restaurant once and were served the worst “Misto Quente” we had ever tasted.

O café da manhã foi impecável, o atendimento da recepção excelente e o quarto estava em perfeitas condições.
A única observação negativa refere-se ao serviço do bar da piscina. Consideramos o atendimento demorado, com poucas opções de bebidas, além de porções pequenas em relação aos valores cobrados.
Hospedamo-nos para comemorar nosso aniversário de casamento e gostaríamos de desfrutar de um drink na piscina, porém fomos informados de que os drinks só eram servidos a partir das 18h, horário em que já não estaríamos mais no hotel.
Por esse motivo, acabamos ficando um pouco decepcionados com esse serviço específico, embora os demais aspectos da hospedagem tenham sido muito positivos.

Telefones não funcionam, tem dois no quarto e nenhum funciona. Água quente do chuveiro esquenta pouquíssimo e limpeza do box a desejar.
Todas as vezes que liguei na recepção não fui atendida, fui fazer um chá no quarto e a chaleira estava muito suja , parecendo que não era limpa a muitos dias!
