"My wife and I recently stayed at Falling Leaves for four nights on our honeymoon, and it was a wonderful experience. Paula and the rest of the team were incredibly accommodating and friendly. At my request, they even decorated the room for Valentine’s Day as a surprise for my wife, which meant a lot to us. We stayed in the honeymoon suite, a beautiful room with a jacuzzi on the veranda. The grounds are well kept and full of wildlife, which added to the charm of the property. The pool area is also very well maintained and a great place to relax and unwind. The hotel is in an excellent location, close to several restaurants and right next door to the Cahal Pech ruins. We ate at the on-site restaurant a couple of times and found the food to be delicious and reasonably priced. We are so glad we chose Falling Leaves and look forward to returning the next time we are in Belize."

"This extraordinarily beautiful hotel is one of the most luxurious properties in Belize. We stayed in the Creekside rooms which are individual units next to running water, surrounded by lush flora and fauna, with the lovely and constant melody of birds. The service by staff is excellent, the restaurant is stunning, and each dish fresh, unique, inventive and of the highest quality. There are interesting and beautiful jungle trails on property, as well as a gorgeous sister property with a riverside restaurant to visit and enjoy. Sleeping Giant is one of a kind and worth the effort for visitors to travel inland. We chose to spend our three nights on property to fully enjoy the amenities and not venture out on excursions. Our time on property was deeply relaxing and restorative. Thank you Sleeping Giant team for our wonderful experience with you, we take home the loveliest of memories."
