"The staff was less than welcoming; the room was small and loud (right on a busy road); the hotel is extremely dated; the walls are so thin you can hear other patrons in the shower (we heard burping and other assorted bodily noises which will not be mentioned); and although they advertise as a "Hotel and Restaurant," we were told the restaurant as not been open for while. The owner just doesn't want to advertise that fact on the website. So, if you stay at the hotel because of its proximity to the Naples Airport, please know that is it's best and only amenity. And don't arrive hungry, because not only is there no functioning restaurant, the staff could not recommend one good restaurant in the area. They do have a "happy hour" with potato chips and other assorted finger foods, but the bartender was less than welcoming when you order a drink or eat any of the food. Again, the ONLY reason to stay at this hotel is its proximity to the airport, as it is literally across the street and down the road. Otherwise, pay a bit more, take a cab, and eat at a restaurant in Naples. If we return to Naples and have another early morning flight, that will definitely be our plan. "

"We spent one night here to catch an early flight . We were upgraded to a suite which was nice but this hotel had large bus groups and the restateabt was a disaster . Food was less than mediocre and dinner service was really slow . Breakfast was large buffet but carrots were ice cold and tasteless . Eggs awful . share to find a place to sit . Wouldn't stay here again ,"

"No true reception. Similar to an Air B&B. Meet a guy on the street with keys. Gave us a quick tour and some vouchers for the cafe for breakfast. Room was secure, clean and spacious. The bed was rock hard. My back will take days to adjust. Location is just out side the train station. Very congested and chaotic. A true experience on its own. "
