"Everything about our stay was top notch. Until our last morning at the coffee shop. Terrible service from a man dressed in a suit behind the counter (dressed as a manager?) that was to busy staring at his phone to acknowledge my wife asking questions about the specials. Not until we said something did he acknowledge our order, all the while continuing to stare at his phone. Couldn’t believe it. "

"Walking distance to multiple shops ans restaurants. The roof top sitting area was great with a beautiful view. "

"This is a beautiful hotel. Bathroom could have been cleaned better but overall we enjoyed it here. Bar closes way too early! "

"Great staff, easy checkin, lovely rooftop relaxing area. Only downside was the elevator was out of commission the morning we checked out. We had checkin store some of our luggage the night before and we carried some of our luggage down (we are in our 70's). We then helped an elderly couple with their luggage as they couldn't possibly carry down 4 flights. Although we were advised staff could help, the front desk was quite busy at that time. Would stay again, the experience was A other than the elevator. "
