"Service and hotel were perfect not to far away from settle and had a lot of good restaurants in the area"

"1st Room was very dark and lights did not work and overlooked an alley. Was not given the upgraded room I paid for when I booked. They moved me the 2nd day to a new (correct) room. Sink was clogged and would not drain and the toilet would barely flush and ran constantly due to something be lodged in the tank. On top of that there was a $ 59 daily charge for Valet parking with no self parking or street parking available. Was significantly overcharged from what Hotels.com told me was the total price and there are still pending charges that I am not sure about. I have stayed at many AC Marriott Bonvoy properties and this one was by far the worst."

"The property was good but the cleaning crew knocked around 8:30 to clean the room. I was fast asleep coz I worked till 0300 hrs and they kept on knocking. I had to get out of bed and went to answer the door. That was rude of nobody answered on the first knock that means they are still sleeping besides ita too early."

"Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. Throughout the night, the hallway light outside the bathroom in Room 433 repeatedly turned on by itself approximately every two hours. Each time I had to get up and turn it off. We were traveling with our infant daughter, and the light repeatedly woke her up during the night. We had driven from Vancouver that day and arrived late in the evening, so a restful night was especially important. Because we were traveling with a sleeping baby and needed to return to Vancouver the next day, changing rooms in the middle of the night was not a practical option. I reported the issue at checkout and later received an apology email offering 5,000 Marriott Bonvoy points. While I appreciate the acknowledgment, I do not feel the compensation adequately reflected the significant disruption to our stay. The hotel itself was clean and the staff were polite, but the room issue had a major impact on our overall experience."
