"The room was perfect for all our needs, big, bunk beds, nice laundry room, both pools, water slides and hot tub were nice but the hours needed to be put out more clearly, the restaurants inside really need more workers but they were all friendly and helpful "

"The waterpark and pools are perfect for kids. The poolside bar has great food and drinks. We wish there were more organized things poolside for kids over spring break and our room was lacking in kitchen supplies (we had one giant pot and no pans or cookie sheets). The rooms are spacious and we love the enclosed patios to be bug free and feel safe for our little one. This was our second time back and we love it here! "

"One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. The staff were so helpful and the property is spotless clean. The shuttle service and “kickback” meals are worth the stay alone. Daily housekeeping as well. We’ll stay here every time we visit Disney in the future "

"The staff that we encountered were great. Our room was not the best but we enjoyed our jacuzzi tub. The water park was not 100% funtional, which was a little disappointing since that's why we chose this location, and there was a BIG dead roach in the closet. Two days out of our stay it rained but the water park was open and on the day that is was sunny, some parts of the water park were closed. Throughout our stay we could not get the WiFi to work and the TV in our room was not a smart TV even though the controller had Netflix etc. buttons. That feature alone is a little out dated for our stay."

"Pool area was great! Rooms are ok but very basic. No real place to put clothes. Housekeeping didn’t change sheets or make bed the entire time which was concerning. No laundry room. "
