Leonardo Hotel Belfast
Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was absolute carnage - the Assistant Manager had no clue what she was doing and thought it proper to give a member of staff and talking to in front of guests whilst she stood about watching the carnage rather than do anything to help!
