"The staff”makes” the hotel. The staff at Almanac X in Prague was beyond outstaning. The were exceptional! They were so friendly, pro-active and accommodating that I started to pay attention to observe them doing their jobs. Even doing what might appear to be mundane tasks was done with care - even excellence. I was very impressed. If in Prague again - which is an amazing city - I will absolutely stay at Almanac X again. "Stayed four nights. The hotel is in good condition, but the sauna wasn’t working and there was a time without water, so we had to find another place. On the bright side, housekeeping and breakfast staff were superb and very attentive"
