A spotlessy clean, cosy and comfortable room, with a very good bed, a fabujlaous breakfast with enough of delicious options for any traveller, a great central location with lots of sights withing 10 minutes of leisure walk, shops and restaurants and cafes, wonderful staff - very helpful and friendly.

Excellent breakfast buffet! Totally quiet room (4th floor). Small room, but quite adequate, clean and comfortable. The location is very convenient for walking, tram, and access to Old town. Staff are very friendly and accommodating.

This hotel was simply amazing. It was built in the 1300s yet had all the modern necessities and luxuries you could ask for including an elevator, which is surprising for a building of that age. Martin is the best bartender ever and the staff were exceptional if you want to really cool old hotel, I highly recommend it and even though it was old, it had plenty of room for an American to be very comfortable in.

Overall a decent mid-range hotel, but the noise was a real issue. The hotel itself was perfectly fine for the price – clean, comfortable, and generally well maintained. Staff were helpful and everything worked as it should. Unfortunately, the noise from the street was a major downside. It was extremely loud well into the early hours and kept us awake until around 4am, which really affected our stay. If you’re a light sleeper or hoping for a good night’s rest, this is something to be aware of. Otherwise, the hotel itself was good and met expectations.

Everything about the stay was fine, except the service was just average. I think this is typical Czech. We ordered our own taxi at check-out (at half the cost of going through them), and they told the driver we were not in the hotel. Other than that, nice room, great breakfast, nice lounge.
