"We were staying in river view rooms, the interior design is world class with quartz stone finished, clean bed and towels. Room size is huge and feel better than a 5 stars hotel. The location is great, near metro, long-haul buses. Not far from Beijing Road. I will definately stay here again. "

"Staff at concierge were helpful and polite. They handled the requests efficiently and considerate. Regarding the breakfast, there’re variety food for customers to select. The view of our room no. 2206 which was facing the river was fantastic. Whiteswan hotel’s location was within the walking distance from the Huang Sha MTR station where you could directly take it from the Guangzhou East Highspeed railway. Overall is 👍👍👏👏"

"The room was tired and worn out, but clean. The location is first class - close to Beijing Road and everything you need. The hotel is tricky to find on foot If you enter through the mall, stay on the ground floor and head out the back past the escalator. If you take the metro head to exit D, and take the first left - don't go up the steps to the street. There is an escalator that leads directly to the hotel. "

" The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The hotel was renovated a few years ago. The high floor river view room was bright and clean. And of course I like the view of the River and Square "

"it's more of an apartment, located close to Bejing Pedestrian Street and close to many food options - popular ones at that. Though room is abit old but was still comfortable and suitable if you are traveling as a family."

"Really safe, walkable to a lot of street vendors, and extremely roomy and worth the price. I would recommend staying here. The only downside was the non working elevators that gets really confusing. It was quite hard to get to my floor, 21st floor. Nail salon and massage salon is also inside the building, something to do and self care for yourself when it rains. This building does share rooms with different companies. Getting house clean was a hassle. And the WiFi isn't the greatest. But overall, for convenience, this is a great spot. "
