コスパとロケーションが良い。フロントの対応も迅速で、好感度も高く、快適に過ごせるところ。但し、コミュケーションは、外国人は英語が出来ないと、リクエストなどに対応して貰得ないが、スマホの翻訳機能を活用してもやり取りは、出来る。何より、広州一番の繁華街の北京路はホテル側で、観光客にはベストなロケーションです。

Good location, nice front desk and housekeeping staff. would be better if the fitness room attendant were a bit friendly and helpful. also some guests opened their doors while they talked loudly and smoked!

Worst hotel we stayed at on our trip. The rooms are nothing like the picture. Rooms are very dated. The mattress was a stiff as a board. Thought I was at a motel 6.

The staff is not good at English, hard to ask questions and get any help. The main desk and the entrance to the hotel in different floors, very confusing especially at night. No clear signs.

The hotel is very close to a lot of shopping and good food, and the lobby is nice, but not consistent with the room which had a residual smoke smell despite being a non-smoking room and overall was not very clean apparently due to cigarettes (housekeeping was good)
