"Clean room. Lobby was very disorganized, luggage everywhere and the check-in area was not clean, the staff pulled slippers, soap and toothbrush from a box stacked just behind them at check-in and gave them to us in a plastic bag to take to our room, this was very strange and was not what we expected for a hotel classified as 4 stars. "The hotel itself is lovely with clean rooms, a good breakfast, and super easy to get to with the free shuttle from the airport. However not the best if you are a light sleeper, as the airplane noise is quite loud. Also, you are not allowed to use the pool without a swim cap, this is a requirement so they will not let you in without one. I planned to use the pool and sauna, however sauna is in the changing rooms, away from the pool area, so a bit difficult to go in and out."

"Near the Beijing embassy area. Hence very quiet at night. Good for a restful sleep. Not far from Beijing central area like palace. Staff are knowledgeable. Advised us on how to get palace tickets as we did not rebook online and online tickets were sold out on the day we wish to visit. Decent breakfast buffet. Rooms are big. Provide turn-down service and gave us eye masks! "
