"This hotel is at an amazing location. It’s close to a very famous Hu Tong, which is Tong Luo Gu Xiang. Only a few minutes walk, then you can easily spend a few hours walking up and down the Hu Tong, with lots of shops and food on each side. I am amazed how this hotel is located in the center of the city, but the night is absolutely quiet. The hotel staff is excellent. "Property and rooms were very dated and in urgent need of refurbishment. However the location is excellent, food and bfast buffet is very good and the staff are above and beyond. Extremely helpful and always ready to help. I lost my earpods in the hotel and they were able to get it delivered to my local contact in Beijing on the same day that I contacted them. The staff at the shop too is very good - my children enjoyed many hours of bottle painting there. "
