The property is beautifully kept to high standards in the most beautiful wooded location. "The room is clean. The hotel is old and worn as there are many guests here. The location is very convenient, super close to metro and bus. You can walk to supermarkets. The staff is nice and busy all the time. The check-in and check-out have to be done on the machine. It is a bit clunky. The room is smaller than in the photo. It is good for value and short term stay."

"We enjoyed staying here. The room was well presented and clean, staff were welcoming and accomodating. A nice 5-10 minute Wal from the trams and one of the best cafes in Berlin! Samagrd Speciality Coffee on Berliner Aller!"

"Tolles Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Service. Einzige Kritik: Beim Frühstück könnte die Auswahl an veganen Optionen größer sein (es gab für herzhaft nur einen einzigen Dip und sonst nur frisches Gemüse, süße Aufstriche und Obst). Hafermilch o.ä. Alternative für Müsli und Kaffee fehlte ganz."

"Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, die zimmer sind ok , dass bad sollte mal renoviert werden, also 4 sterne ist das nicht, z. b. man kann sich im waschbecken nicht richtig die Hände waschen, da der wasserhahn viel zu kurz ist für das Waschbecken und auch sehr niedrig, "

Leider konnten die Zimmer nicht überzeugen sie sind deutlich in die Jahre gekommen, teilweise abgenutzt und an einigen Stellen auch nicht richtig sauber. Mit einer Renovierung und einer gründlicheren Reinigung könnte der Aufenthalt deutlich angenehmer sein."
