"Great location - Zubizuri bridge is right around the block, 10 min walk from Guggenheim and Moyúa, 20 min walk from Casco Viejo Check-in time is slightly inconvenient with front desk being out between 1-4pm. Otherwise, check-in was quick an simple and staff was very friendly and helpful. Private parking fee is expensive but is worthwhile given the convenience. Cute studio apartment - kitchenette is not as well-equipped as other apartment hotels we've stayed at, but offers ample bathroom...

"Tayko Hotel is phenomenal. Arguably the best hotel on the trip. Finishings are amazing, beds are very comfortable, great soundproofing. Staff are very helpful. Centrally located in old city and on the river. Great views. Didn’t want to leave. If you’re staying in Bilbao; book here. You won’t be disappointed."

Breakfast is special - very large selection and many healthy choices, especially for gluten-free. The room was fine, parking was a little tough to get in and out in our suv - but onsite and simple.
