One suggestion to improve access and ease of getting to the lowest level: Add a wooden step stool to help all, especially seniors and children, to step up, the lowest level is rather high off the floor."

I took the garbage bag down to front office and the guy told me "oh we clean the room only every third day." If its one of you, they only give you one towel for entire three days. "

Some had no working electrical outlets, some had not been cleaned and one even still had another guest in it. he was doing his best, but needed more help. "
