The property was pretty good. Location, facility, were wonderful. This review is to both hotels.com and the hotel: please make sure that no one would be locked out. Tired with baggage, no data to get online or call, the situation was hopeless. Please don’t leave anyone in that position. It should be the rule that the code and instructions to check in be sent the day before checking in.

The apartment was excellent. It seems the email communication via hotels.com was not always going through. Also, such an excellent property can manage the check in much better. The greetings message was sent 3 times. I suggest that everyone make sure to get the code and exact check in instructions a week ahead, especially if you do not have data to make a call. I tried 3 days before with many messages. The apartment was clean, spacious and equipped with everything necessary.

FYI No air conditioner… just like the others, the details are not true… I booked the hotel just for the air conditioner but turned out it got nothing, not even a fan… staffs were helpful tho!

Complicated communication. I had to write to have the room number. The chamber number is not noted in the application of the electronic opening. I was on the street there is no curtain while there are windows in front of. We must close the obscuring curtain. It's a shame the studio is nice and functional. No sponge to clean.

Geräumiges Zimmer mit kleiner Küche, Bad ausreichend groß. Bett war zu zweit etwas eng, aber für 1 oder 2 Übernachtungen völlig in Ordnung. Großer Gemeinschaftsbereich und Sportbereich. Die Lage ist super zum Hauptbahnhof und in die Innenstadt, trotzdem abends ruhig

駅から近く、部屋もきれい、キッチンがあってとても良いホテルでした。受付も平日朝9時から夜8時まで開いていますので、いろいろとお願いすることが可能です。共用の洗濯機もあります。
