I messaged the property on the previous day to ask about parking arrangements but received no reply. I arrived at the apartment and called to check in but was told there was no booking and they would call me back. After 10 mins I received a text message to say there was a maintenance issue and the booking was cancelled. I tried calling back but the phone had been turned off. Therefore they provided no advance notification of the cancellation and made no attempt to provide alternative accommodation. Dreadful.
