"The whole town seemed to be shutdown with most restaurants closed for their holidays, the Hôtel restaurant was under staffed and could not offer an acceptable time for a table and were very unhelpful."

When arriving it was a number of minutes before the reception staff answered the bell which I had to hit twice for attention.
