"First time to this beautiful hotel we will be back. Staff friendly & very helpful. While we was there we had an evening meal which was delicious. Car park at the back of the hotel was brilliant plenty of spaces. Nice walk to the water front which is only a short walk."

"Room and bedroom were lovely, french doors with garden outdoor view , you would not expect that from the front door of your room and the front area , bit shabby and dated, saying that bathroom very dated was clean but could do with modernization. Pool was my biggest let down, small very busy and again generally little shabby , temp was good , but I didn't stay in for long , on our visit jacuzzi was full of young lads , all friends couldn't get near it . Quite a walk to breakfast from our room/ chalet, so took car ( disabled) breakfast very basic , can't say much more, not memorable. The area is beautiful, river and scenery, cute shops , obviously expensive, train area good place to visit , enough places to eat and get coffee , we come back regularly so great place. Carpark is broken up deffo needs attention. ."
