Upon arrival the floor we were on had an issue with the pipping and there was a towel on the floor and the oder wasn’t the greatest. The Tv in the room wasn’t working properly and the handle on the fridge was broken as well. We were shocked at this as we have stayed here before. "

"Main issue is parking at this hotel It is a public paid lot that you pay an additional $22 at the hotel Unfortunately it is not guaranteed We stayed on a Thursday and were forced to drive around and around waiting for someone to leave and then had to use another lot roughly three blocks away and pay $10 more Then we had to move our vehicle later when space was available late at night Not convenient at all"

"The hotel is clean and quiet, that serve me well, I just stayed there for a few days to attend a course. I stayed in a non smoking area, so not cigarette's smell. If you are not picky about the facility, such as having a swimming pool or a gym, this hotel is a reasonable price to stay in Burlington. Most customers are middle age to seniors, quiet and peaceful. I got an unexpected charge at my last day, lucky that my visa card gave me an alert of the charge that is not belong to me. I went downstairs to see the hotel staff, she admitted it is a mistake and reverse the charge. Lucky that I found out earlier, so just spent me a few mins to settle the case."
