"Easy and free parking, comfortable air conditioned room, nice breakfast and friendly staff. In short, a pleasant place to stay in the countryside. We had booked a loft room which is a very large space and therefore less cozy compared to our previous stay in a standard room. The room had a secondary fan / somewhat noisey ventilation system separate to the air conditioning system which after an interaction with reception and maintenance they were able to turn off. Otherwise a lovely hotel"

"Villa Florida is an absolute gem. The property is stunning, with beautiful purple bougainvillea cascading throughout the grounds and breathtaking views over the lake. Every morning, we looked forward to an absolutely delicious breakfast, enjoyed with those gorgeous lake views—it was one of the highlights of our stay. The staff, who I believe are a family-run team, were incredibly warm, welcoming, and genuinely lovely. Their hospitality made us feel right at home. Everything was impeccably clean, and the property is spacious, elegant, and beautifully maintained. We stayed in a suite, which was gorgeous, comfortable, and had plenty of room to relax. If you’re looking for a peaceful, beautiful place to stay with exceptional hospitality and unforgettable scenery, I couldn’t recommend Villa Florida more highly. We would happily return."

"This is our second stay at the Domina. The location above Gardone Riviera is magnificent! The rooms are spacious, clean and with well appointed kitchens with exception of no microwave oven. The folks are reception are very friendly and exceptionally helpful. We appreciate their assistance with recommendations and working through another issue. The pool is wonderful but is need of some repairs. The grounds of the property need improvement. Landscaping is a bit untidy and some outdoor lighting doesn't work. The hotel was filled with dogs. We are not fans of the barking and Europeans allow their pets to urinate on planters, the sidewalks and walls which is not washed off by the hotel staff. We appreciate the garage parking, but be prepared for riding a couple of elevators or walking stairs to get luggage to rooms. A nice reasonably priced hotel that could make a few tweaks."
