"When i booked the property i was under the impression that the price on hotels.com was the price. We then had to pay extra for the dogs, extra for bedding and extra for electricity used. It would have been better if this was in the details of the booking before you confirm. When people are on a budget this could be hard for them. Its not the hotels fault but some of the people that were staying there made it not so nice experience lot of banging and shouting at night and someone was trying to get into my room at one point. But overall the hotel itself is good for anyone travelling for a few nights in skegness."

"Overpriced outdated room badly in need of a revamp. No wifi, so like being in the 90's which is probably the last time the room was decorated. We visited in late August sonot the warmestmonth and the room was very cold. However i can't fault the owners, very nice people who made our stay bearable.
