"Check in desk was severely understaffed as there was one lady working and a line with about 40 people in it. Hotel is a little outdated but the bed was very comfortable."

"We were told we were getting Queen size beds. They were double beds, somewhat smaller that queen. Also no eggs at breakfast."

"The staff was really great, helpful and attentive. This is an older property with limited amenities. The walls are also very thin. So overall it was not a particularly restful experience."

"I was being cheap in selecting this hotel. This hotel needs to be updated. The sink by the door didn’t work. Next time I’ll pay a little more for a better hotel."

"The shuttle was 45 mins late with no apology. The general manger was rude at check in. He lacked emotional self control and wanted to engage in an argument however I chose not to speak and just check in. After checking in and walking away with my wife he tried one more time to engage with a passive aggressive attitude. When I didn’t, he said “oh no you are not staying here with that attitude” and cancelled our reservation. Absolutely unbelievable lack of pose, self control and leadership."

"The room was clean and modern. Bed was very comfy. Even though it's right by the airport we didn't hear airplanes and slept good. We didn't have time to try the restaurant. "
