"The hot tub had mold in the caulking area. The bed was peeling in the bunkbeds, there was blood or a booger on the wall. And I noticed it as soon as we walked in. I could not get the shampoo, conditioner or body wash out finally figured out how to open it and it was a quarter full and that’s why I couldn’t get it out of their containers. For the ratings other people got I expected a lot nicer place in the summer. Maybe it would be acceptable but nothing I would go to again off-season."

"When we very first arrived, there was a smooth check-in and we stayed in hotel Rome, which is connected to the waterpark. We proceeded to the hotel and could not find any bell carts one of the workers that was working. The arcade area gave us a phone number to call we then proceeded to call the hotel. They said they were gonna let the Publix people know to bring bill carts down. We then waited a half an hour. We could not lug all of our stuff in with three small children, and my fiancé proceeded to walk the floors to find a luggage cart. He made it to the second floor, found one of the luggage cart in saw three staff members standing right by the luggage cart, leaning up against the wall, laughing and talking, so there was no kind of priority for the guest. It seems like that’s why I gave it the rating that I did."

"Breakfast was good. The pool was too small. When the front desk was contacted about new towels and toilet paper they were uncooperative. They ended up bringing towels, but no toilet paper. There were only 2 half rolls when we arrived, so that was ridiculous."

"This Hotels.com had been renovated at some point so the furnishing, paint and decorations were in good shape. It wasn't perfect, but very nice for the price. I really liked the walk in shower and refrigerator that had a seperate, much larger, freezer."

"Would not recommend this place. Sheets stained with blood. I went to lay my daughter down and pulled the blanket back and saw blood stains!!!"

"This was one of the best well kept places I have stayed in awhile! I had a terrible experience a few years back with LaQuinta in Madison so this was a little risky for me but turned out Great!!!!"
