"Staff was excellent friendly and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Our bathroom had mold in a shower corner. Breakfast was okay but needs more vegan or gluten free options and chicken or turkey sausage options. We were here an evening before our cruise. I don’t know if I would stay here for a longer visit. But we loved Juan and the other Front Desk young man. "

"It was a good stop over. Unfortunately I arrived at a late hour and was assigned a room which was a lot further out than I would have liked. One closer to the main would have beeen appreciated more. To the young lady at front desk who checked me out on my departure, thank you for your cheery and kind assistance. The staff helped when I got lost and I appreciated it."

"I really want to like this place---clean, good location, and excellent staff. however, too many maintenance issues. First room I got upgraded to was a suite where the AC leaked water and led to a wet carpet. Then there was no hot water in the shower so I had to take a cold shower in the morning. My room was changed the next day. Stepped into a blast of perfume--hate the strong air freshner smell. Then every night around 230am all the lights in the room would suddenly turn on, disturbing my sleep. This property has a lot of potential, but they need to take maintenance more seriously."

"My last stay at the Mariott Courtyard Dolphin Mall was in 2017 and it was quite pleasant. Fast forward 9 years later… the property leaves a lot to be desired and I will not personally choose this hotel again unless upgrades are made to the security and room. Now there are a lot more hotel options! Pros: The front desk staff are courteous and pleasant. In-room amenities are for the most part thoughtful – full length bathroom mirror, more than adequate cupboard space, readily available iron and ironing board, good working showers, a kitchenette but… Cons: On the matter of the kitchenette, the fridge is right beside the bed and made a lot of noise, making sleep difficult. While there is a microwave, the cups are paper and the coffee machine could do with a good deep clean. At the very least, 2 mugs and 2 saucers could be provided on shelves that could be installed above the counter. Instead, a useless painting occupies the space. The room was also quite dated and the rug had the look of being well worn. My biggest con was that the hotel is way too porous. The front desk staff hardly pays attention to who is coming and going, and for persons travelling alone, that presents a serious safety concern, since the lift can be accessed by just about anyone. To make matters worse, I was assigned to a room with an adjoining door!! Taken together, I can say that I did not sleep well at all as I felt quite exposed/unsafe. "The air was a bit to strong"

"I did not enjoy my room at all. It looked very outdated, you could tell where they changed the locks and removed the emergency exit signs, paint chipping everywhere , flooring was bad. They originally placed me right in front of a broken exit door on the bottom floor. My tv didn’t work. I could barely turn on the shower, it was so hard to pull. The only good thing I could say is they printed my boarding pass. Otherwise, not my type of stay at all. Should’ve been half the price honestly and I NEVER leave bad reviews. "
