"Very clean "

"AC was good, but very loud when running. Very clean rooms, but could use some updating. Most of the staff was friendly except the guy at check out as he could not provide a printed invoice or tell us total cost as we booked room thru Hotels.com. Told us it would be emailed to us but have yet to receive it a day later. "

"The room was clean and spacious! Linens were very nice and the beds very comfortable! The property grounds were beautiful with palm trees with areas to sit and socialize. The pool was beautiful with fountains and a hot tub. The property was so lovely it’s unfortunate that property management allowed items that should have been trashed to remain on the premises. The chair in our room needed to be reupholstered; the life ring at the pool was torn and two if the chaise chairs were faded and torn. These items took away from an exceptional experience."

"We rented this room because it was advertised with a spa bath which is a Jacuzzi. It indeed has a Jacuzzi but did not work. I called the office and was rudely told it doesn’t work and never worked and that is clear on the app. Expedia does not disclose this spa bath is inoperable. Also, the toilet seat was broken. No bodywash in the dispenser. Had to wash with shampoo. This is advertised as the honeymoon room. Lord forbid anyone who rents this for a honeymoon. We wish to be compensated for the inconvenience. We were told we had to call the owner in California who never visits the property. Hot tub outside by the swimming pool was empty too. Total disappointment. "

"The hot tub was broke, and I didn't use the pool. My only complaint is that there was no in house person to take any problems to. We had a bathroom cabinet with a broken hinge, and the drain in the master bath was very slow draining. Other than that, it was perfect. We would go again for that room and that view! It is awesome. The decorating was so cool. Over all a big *********"

"Very nice and quiet place. Staff was wonderful! I will stay here again. Very convenient to the beach, restaurants and grocery store!!!!"

"The staff was really nice, however our room was not clean at check in. Trash in the trash can and on bathroom floor, food items in the fridge and one towel. We were moved to another room and no wash cloths and there was dirt/ sand on one bed. Trash stayed on the floor by the ice machine and never saw housekeeping. "
