"A beautiful hotel with a wonderful, attentive staff. Deluxe double queen room was lovely and quiet. The only potential negative is the neighborhood. Though nicely situated to Union Square and public transportation such as cable cars and muni, about a block in the other direction may be the start of the sketchiest part of the city— an area that was dirty and depressed with a very large, visible homeless population. My family never had an issue with this, but we made sure to stay clear. Nevertheless, I would gladly revisit the hotel. "

"I went with my 21-year-old daughter to celebrate my birthday and we had a great three nights stay. We had fun in the Tonga room, we loved our Bayview hotel room, all the staff was very nice and the area around there is beautiful - we will definitely be coming back."
