"We didn’t have a chance to use the amenities as it was a short stay. However, the property was very well maintained & super convenient. Despite having to pay for parking, we felt good knowing our vehicle was secure in an underground parkade. Breakfast was also good; lots to choose from."

"So, there are three Hyatt's in San Francisco. My reservation was for the Hyatt Regency San Francisco, at Embarcadero Center. There is also a Hyatt Regency San Francisco Airport, and Hyatt SOMA. I asked if there was a hotel shuttle from the airport, for Hyatt Regency San Francisco, and was told yes. Apparently, the airport shuttle only goes to Hyatt Regency San Francisco Airport. So, it took me south not north. When I asked how to get to Hyatt Regency San Francisco, at Embarcadero, they said order a cab or Uber. Staff made no concern over my situation, which I am guessing is a not infrequent."
